Glad you saved yourself from regret with the logistics company and got out to that political rally. Good for you!

I have a theory about why time goes so fast as adults, if you care to hear it. As kids we have so many defined things we are looking forward to: driving, graduation, getting a job, getting married, having kids. The list goes on. Once we say goodbye to our 20's we aren't as good at building events we can't wait to experience into our lives. Anticipation slows life down, in my opinion. And I mean that in a positive way. Nothing makes time drag like looking forward to something. We are aware of the days and minutes between now and then. If you want to slow time down, make a conscious effort to have specific dreams/goals for down the road you can look forward to.

trading for a living comments on Flexible Thinking Strategies for More Learned Optimism

I really like this blog post, it has some great info. Lots of different thoughts. Like you, I find myself revisiting other hurts in my life when something tragic happens. It's like the negative emotion I managed to put on the back burner for a time seizes the opportunity to surface for a bit. In the end, I thinks it's the way it needs to be. We can't give it attention every day. After enough time passes it needs the occasional outlet to restore balance.

You definitely need to get out a bit. It will be a much needed distraction with the benefit of keeping you in the loop of opportunity. Spring is a great time to find a job. Companies are motivated to act.

Lisa Wiley Parker comments on Day Light Savings Time Messes with My Moment of Optimism

Spring Forward is a challenged to my optimism as well. Strategic planning clearly plays a role in my optimistic outlook, or lack there of.

Air Jordan shoes comments on Teach Children the Difference between Hope and Optimism with a Knock Knock Joke

Nice blog.We are engaged in a similar job.If there have an opportunity,we can have an furthur Exchanges and cooperation.Let's keep in touch. by Air Jordan shoes

Acai Berry comments on The End of Life, 2010 Winter Olympics, and a Moment of Clarity About What Really Matters

Wonderful post...
